Rigger

About me

Even though my first Shibari experience was on the model’s side, it was immediately clear to me: I want to give this feeling and experience back to other people as well.
Over the past few years, my very own style has developed—still influenced by my inspirations, but now a clearer expression of my own personality.

My greatest source of inspiration for my process as a rigger has always been the experiences I gathered as a model. Every rigger I worked with brought their own unique style into our sessions, and just as people always leave a little piece of themselves in our lives, I have also taken small (and sometimes even larger) parts of their tying into my own Shibari practice.

I never wanted to dedicate myself to just one single style, because I felt that this would limit me in the abundance of beauties that Shibari offers. Every session is different, and depending on the partner and the situation, I want to be able to decide anew where the journey will lead.

My Shibari also incorporates the detours I had to take as a smaller rigger in my process, as well as the solution strategies I found along the way. I also had to find a very personal approach to how I can express myself as a young woman in my dominant role while still staying true to myself.

What emerged from this is, in particular, a passion for the topic of body manipulation—following the motto “work smarter, not harder.” Understanding the body is both fascinating and immensely relieving. With my background in dance, it has always been important to me to execute fluid movements in flow that feel relatively effortless for both parties.

Additionally, I love to choose a very gentle approach, especially on the emotional level, as a starting point to initiate more intense sessions, particularly in the Semenawa direction. I want to feel my model become soft when I start wrapping rope around their body. And I have discovered that I achieve exactly this softness in my models by being soft myself. My partners begin to trust me as soon as they realize that I accept them as they are and, building on that, guide them to where I want them to be. When I am soft, they can feel my flow. They can follow me. And when they trust and follow me, together we can achieve anything we want.
