Rope Partners

Without my rope partners – my Shibari models – it would be impossible for me to teach or perform. They are my equal co-teachers and, together with me, form a well-coordinated and powerful team. Their presence, trust, and sensitivity are essential to every aspect of my artistic work.

Shibari models have an enormous impact on the dynamic and quality of my work. They contribute not only their physical expression but also their personality, creativity, and empathy. Each session or performance is enriched by their individual energy, giving it a unique and distinctive character.

Beyond that, they play a central role in conveying Shibari in my workshops. They authentically communicate essential aspects such as consent, communication, and body awareness. Without our collaboration, it would not be possible to truly show the depth and versatility of Shibari. Their feedback helps me grow and adapt techniques—whether in terms of comfort, safety, or aesthetics.

If you’d like to book me for a Shibari workshop or performance, I’m especially happy to receive inquiries where you request me together with one of the Shibari models listed belowwith whom I teach regularly. My teaching style can vary significantly depending on whom I’m teaching with.

Whisper Of Eurydice

Whisper Of Eurydice

Catherine began her journey with Shibari over four years ago and has since developed a practice that blends physical artistry with deep emotional exploration. With a 15-year background in ballet, her approach to rope modeling is shaped by a profound body awareness and a love for aesthetics. Much like in ballet, she is mostly interested in the interplay of strength and softness, and to the grace found in moments of intensity and vulnerability.

Catherine is drawn to explore beauty in suffering, embracing discomfort and confronting hard emotions rather than turning away from them. She sees an incredible power in surrendering to what is difficult, allowing pain to transform into something meaningful and beautiful. Through this process, she invites herself and her partner to step into an honest, raw connection that goes far beyond the physical act of tying. Language: German, English

Fille de Lune

Fille de Lune

I'm Leo (Fille de Lune) and I'm from Göttingen. I've been actively involved in Shibari for several years now, primarily as a model, though I also rig from time to time. Over the past few years, I've attended many workshops and events—mostly with Mie, but also with my other partner. I've co-led several workshops and performed at various events.

What matters most to me in Shibari is the emotional connection with the rigger, as it allows me to fully surrender to the experience. That connection gives me the strength and motivation to move through more demanding sessions.

Taste of Dinner

Taste of Dinner

Tasteofdinner is a rope bottom from Portugal, living in the Netherlands, who started her rope journey back in 2017. Since then, she has attended numerous workshops and events across Europe, and now organises rope jams and workshops at Knot Here, Amsterdam.

She brings a contagious smile and a playful and positive attitude. In ropes, she enjoys a challenge and isn’t afraid to show her emotions, which vary greatly depending on her connection with her rigger. Whether it’s raw primal energy, a slow flirtatious dance, or “suffering in lol”, tasteofdinner presents her authentic self.

Currently, her main interest lies in further exploring the “conversational” aspects of rope. How do you connect with your rigger and get to know them in this completely different language? How do you influence this dialog as a model? And what does rope bottoming genuinely mean when you lift up the veil of performance? Drawing from her experience with different styles of rope, tasteofdinner is also eager to share her knowledge on topics like "moving with your partner", and "how to keep yourself safe(r) as a rope bottom".
