Right of withdrawal and refunds

1. You can withdraw from the contract for physical products within 14 days without providing any reasons.

2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last delivery or the last item.

3. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete and submit the form below.

4. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

5. Consequences of withdrawal
   If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you – without unnecessary delay, in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the notification of your withdrawal – including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred for a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will make such a refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

6. You must return or deliver the goods to the address provided to you by email after you complete the form—without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the email containing the address information following your cancellation. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 14-day period expires.

7. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

8. You are only liable for any decrease in value of the goods if it results from handling that is not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

9. There is also no right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB for contracts related to leisure activities if the contract specifies a specific date or period for performance. This also includes tickets for events such as concerts, festivals, or sporting events on a fixed date or those that are scheduled to take place within a specified timeframe. 
   For reasons of goodwill, the following provisions apply in such cases:

   1. Up to 7 days before a booked appointment: Half of the amount (50%) will be converted into a voucher valid for 1 year

   2. Up to 14 days before a booked appointment: Conversion of the amount into a voucher that is valid for 1 year.
